Mother’s Day Celebrations –
In these unusual circumstances all the stops were pulled out to ensure our Residents had an extra special day. Our hands on staff spent a lovely afternoon celebrating our lovely ladies. Head Chef Martin made the most amazing afternoon tea, which was of course accompanied by bubbles! We chatted, laughed and played games to include charades, which was lots of fun…who knew we had such undiscovered talented actors in our midst! In addition to the lovely messages, cards and gifts our residents received by post from their families, we gifted each resident flowers and chocolates and one of our Carers’s young daughters Ishbelle made each and every lady their own special, handmade card. Thank you Ishbelle, it was so thoughtful of you!
